VMCH is one of the leading non-profit aged-care service providers in Victoria. They are a century-old organisation that specialises in providing early learning and therapy, special education, disability services, affordable homes, residential aged care, retirement living and at-home aged care to more than 7,600 people across the state.
Business Problem
With data spread across multiple sources, VMCH required a consolidated view across its business operations – Residential Aged care, Homecare, In-house Occupancy, Financial, Payroll and Rostered Workforce.
Visibility on up-to-date information in a timely manner was poor and hence VMCH faced a risk in accurate strategic decision making.

Project Objectives
Infonyx was selected to deliver end-to-end data warehousing on a cloud platform, which addressed the need for complete financial and risk management, with a view to include human resources in due course. It also provides real-time executive reporting using Power BI on managed Azure Cloud services with training and 3 Years of managed support services.
