  • Reduction: Dashboard interactivity allows users to slice and dice their reports quickly, saving a lot of churn rate.

  • Automation: Automated and interactive dashboard tools allow the sales team to self-serve bespoke audience sizes and profiles in near real-time.

  • Standard automated reports are now directly available for the sales team to access which avoids the mid-layer of analytics teams – Now, the sales team can now process the bespoke reports independently, saving 5 days per report.

    • Flybuys is one of Australia's largest customer loyalty programs, with over 8 million members in 6.6 million households.

    • Flybuys provides audience (customer) insights, activation, and reporting to media agencies and brands, allowing them to track and understand their customers' in-store activity and preferences. This essentially helps the brands and agencies better plan their campaigns at individual levels rather than device or cookie levels.

    • The sales team is responsible for preparing and selling the audience sizing/profiles for bespoke or existing segments for clients to understand who their correct target audience is.  This is also a key driver for the activation of campaigns.

    • This process was manually requested by the sales team and further executed by the analytics team which was taking over 5 days to complete.

    • As a result, they end up losing sales due to the bottleneck and create a poor customer experience.
